HUNTER CUSTOM HOMES is a full service construction company. We are a one-stop construction firm. We can handle the entire process from the design work to move-in. This includes designing and drawing your home, any necessary dozer/dirt work, pad preparation, home construction, and septic system. Our new home service includes turn-key jobs. We build FRAME, VINYL, or BRICK on your choice of foundation. We carry a large range of standard plans or we can CUSTOMIZE or DESIGN a plan to fit your needs.

At HUNTER CUSTOM HOMES, we take pride in our work by offering quality construction and standing behind our work. As owner & contractor, Terry Hunter not only supervises each project, but he, along with his crew, does the majority of the work himself. Terry is joined by son Mark in the business. THE FOLLOWING PROJECT IS BY TERRY HUNTER OF HUNTER CUSTOM HOMES!

The home is owned by Brian and Shannon Bannister of Edgewood. It began with the Bannisters bringing Terry their ideas and pictures of what they wanted. Terry designed and drew the plans, then began the construction. ~

Terry does the dirt work, clears the area, builds the pad, as well as putting in the driveway.

Next step is the foundation. Terry always uses top quality sub-contractors in order to put in the proper foundation for the home and the area.

Terry, along with his son, Mark, Jesse Nieto, & Jimmy Morgan do the framing of the house. This project required the use of an overhead crane to set beams in place.

Occasionally, the crew does need to take a break.

Terry & his crew do the majority of the construction involved including the plumbing, painting, custom cabinets, & woodwork. For the areas Terry doesn't personally do, he brings in quality sub-contractors. Because of the time, effort, & quality Terry puts into each project, the homeowner has a home they can be proud of.

Game Room - Family Room: Terry designed & built a room that Brian, Shannon, Dalton, Turner, & Jackson can use and enjoy for relaxing, playing, for family time, as well as entertaining.
