HUNTER REALTY is locally owned and operated by Edgewood native, Sheila Hunter. Having been born and raised in Edgewood, Sheila has firsthand knowledge of the area. Before starting the company, Sheila was and still is involved in her husband's construction business.  She also has a BBA in accounting from Texas A&M, Commerce. Sheila and her husband, Terry, also own and operate Hunter Ranch and raise Brangus and Brahman cattle. This background gives her a good understanding of all areas of the real estate market.

Sheila and her husband, Terry, have 2 sons - Terry Jr. and his wife Crystal and Mark; 2 daughters - Kristin and her husband Tyson and April and her husband Kevin; and 7 grandchildren - Ashton, Jakeb, Chance, Lizzie,  Hunter, Grayson, and Dylan.
